The Refuge l'Espace is no doubt one of the most spectacular high-altitude lounges in the Alps. Enjoy local culinary delights surrounded by the impressive Glacier landscape. Admire breathtaking views from our panoramic terrace while the bearded vultures are circling above you.
The Refuge Team, Inge & Roland Beer, welcomes you at 2860 metres in altitude.
Opening hours
Currently: Due to extreme weather conditions, the Refuge will remain closed today. We hope to be able to accommodate you tomorrow.
Open daily from mid-December until 30.04.2024, weather permitting and in accordance with the operating hours of the Glaciers 3000.
Reopening on 15 June until mid-October.
No table reservations possible, therefore we recommend slightly earlier or later meal times.
